 We are proud to present a collaboration between Cliff Sarde and Meat Puppets drummer Derrick Bostrom. The tune, entitled "Who Knows What?" is a tribute old-school street funk, as at home on an episode of "The Cosby Kids" as it would be on a free-jazz playlist.
Derrick and the Puppets are a long-time mainstay of the Phoenix music scene. Started in the punk rock heyday of the late 70s, they reached peak popularity with their 1994 hit "Backwater" and a guest appearance on Nirvana's "MTV Unplugged" television show. Derrick not only runs the Pups' website, but also also has his only solo musical project, Today's Sounds, and offers records and CDs from the Today's Sounds Web site.
